Activate Your Warranty and Put the Unit on Record
Registering links your serial numbers to your invoice, so when you call us we already know what you have, where it is and what it is covered for. It takes a couple of minutes and it is the difference between a fast warranty claim and a slow one.
✓ Have your invoice number and serial numbers ready
✓ Serial numbers are on the rating label on the unit

Register Your XRT6
Before you start, have these ready
- Your invoice number. One form covers every unit bought on the same invoice, so you only need to do this once per order.
- A serial number for every unit. Enter the quantity for a model below and a serial number field appears for each unit.
- Where to find them. The serial number is on the rating label on the rear or side of the unit, alongside the model number.
- The installation address. Where the unit is actually installed, which is often not your business address.
Why it is worth doing
- Your purchase date goes on record. That is the date a warranty period runs from, so it is worth having it recorded rather than reconstructed from paperwork later.
- Your serial numbers sit with your invoice. One record covers every unit on that order.
- Serial numbers are easy to lose. Once a unit is racked and running, the rating label is often the hardest thing on site to get to, and a warranty claim needs the serial.
Another range
