What are your hours?

Our phone lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 555 992. Our reception team is on from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm on weekends.

How quickly will someone come back to me?

Enquiries are answered as quickly as we can, and reception is on for most of the day, every day. If it is urgent, call rather than use the form.

Do you service equipment you did not supply?

Yes. Multi-brand service is core to what we do, and one agreement can cover every manufacturer on your floor, across one site or many.

Do you cover my city?

We work across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific. Our locations are listed above, and regional work is dispatched from the nearest of them.

What should I include in my enquiry?

The load you need to protect, the runtime you want, anything already installed, and the site address. That is usually enough for an engineer to come back with a specification rather than a price list.

I am not sure what I need. Can you still help?

Yes, and most enquiries start that way. Describe the site and what you are trying to protect, or send a photo of the label on the existing unit, and we will work the specification out with you.
