The client's existing Eaton freestanding UPS was oversized for current needs, and its external battery cabinet no longer suited the refurbished space. The system needed downsizing, improved efficiency, and seamless integration into the new room, all within a tight weekend window to avoid business impact.

We replaced the legacy 40kVA freestanding unit with a Matrix (XRT-MTX) 20kVA 3-phase rack-mounted UPS, a compact, high-efficiency system purpose-built for modern server rooms and data centres.
