UPS, Battery & Cooling Service FAQs

Do you only service UPS systems, or batteries and cooling too?

We service your entire critical-power environment — not just UPS systems. That includes battery banks (testing and replacement), precision and room cooling, switchgear, PDUs and monitoring. Our ANZ field-service team manages it all as one system, so nothing falls through the gaps between vendors.

Do you service UPS and equipment from any brand?

Yes. We're vendor-agnostic — our engineers install, maintain and repair APC, Eaton, Vertiv, Schneider and most other major brands, regardless of where you bought the equipment. You don't need a separate contractor for each manufacturer.

How often should a UPS be serviced?

As a general guide, a UPS should be professionally inspected at least once a year, with battery checks every 6–12 months. Mission-critical sites often move to six-monthly or quarterly preventive maintenance. We'll recommend a schedule based on your equipment, environment and how critical the load is.

Do you replace UPS batteries?

Yes. Batteries are the most common point of failure in a UPS, and we supply and replace them for all major brands — including genuine and compatible options. We test the existing batteries, recommend like-for-like or upgraded replacements, install them and recycle the old units responsibly.

Do you offer emergency call-outs if a system goes down?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency response across Australia for critical power and cooling failures. If a system goes down, our field team responds rapidly to diagnose the fault, restore protection and get you back online with minimal downtime.

Where do you provide services across Australia?

We operate nationwide, with teams based across ten cities — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hobart and Darwin — covering metro and regional sites including hospitals, government facilities, data centres and industrial plants.
